Plus AI helps consultants, sales teams, educators, and other professionals create and edit slides faster, so they spend less time formatting, and more time refining their ideas and engaging with customers.
We built Plus AI to integrate directly into the tools professionals already use (PowerPoint and Google Slides), so it’s easy to learn, and customers don’t have to make any changes to their existing workflows.

About the role
As the Head of Growth at Plus, you’ll be working closely with our founding team to scale our customer acquisition strategy and build repeatable growth loops. This is a leadership role for someone who has built successful PLG marketing engines and is excited to build the future of AI for presentations.
You will be responsible for owning our growth marketing strategy, developing messaging and targeting, managing campaigns with internal and external partners, and building data-driven systems to optimize our marketing decisions. You’ll also be expected to work with our entire team to contribute to building our team’s unique culture and processes.
Examples of what you’ll work on
- Scale core channels: Grow organic traffic by 3-5x by scaling up our existing marketing channels (primarily SEO and performance marketing)
- Influencer and affiliate: Design and launch a more structured influencer and affiliate marketing strategy
- Experimentation engine: Set up a system for data-driven experimentation with new channels and new campaign ideas
- Messaging: Partner with founders and product team on crafting and testing new marketing messages to appeal to different segments and use cases
- Team and partners: Manage agencies and contractors; decide when to add additional team members or contractors as channels grow
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally with a PLG or generative AI product
- Demonstrated success building and scaling marketing channels, with deep experience in SEO, performance marketing, or influencer marketing
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, especially while taking 0 to 1 projects from concept through production
- Creative instincts with data-driven decision mindset
- Experimentation mindset and comfort operating in an ambiguous environment
