Presentations shape the ideas, strategies, and decisions that drive companies forward. But making great slides is surprisingly hard, so people end up spending more time formatting text boxes than figuring out what they actually want to say.

Plus AI helps consultants, sales teams, educators, and other professionals create and edit slides faster, so they spend less time formatting, and more time refining their ideas and engaging with customers.

We built Plus AI to integrate directly into the tools professionals already use (PowerPoint and Google Slides), so it’s easy to learn, and customers don’t have to make any changes to their existing workflows.

Presentations are one of the most important ways knowledge workers communicate, and it’s a massive market. So we’re fortunate to be in the position of moving at startup speed in a big market while operating a real business that generates significant revenue (and profit!).

What we’re looking for

As a Business Operations Lead at Plus, you’ll be working directly with the founding team to accelerate growth across the company. 

You’ll focus on identifying and prioritizing the highest-impact projects at Plus - from running new GTM experiments, to setting up analytics infrastructure, and strategic planning. You’ll also be expected to help us build our team’s unique culture.

Examples of what you’ll work on

  • Strategic projects: Lead 0 to 1 initiatives across product, marketing, and operations to unlock new growth opportunities and build scalable internal processes. 
  • Example projects include…
  • Template development: Partner with the product and engineering team to set up the process and systems to ship new Plus AI templates at scale.
  • Go-to-market support: Work closely with enterprise partners and customers on new Plus AI deployments, from first meetings, to contracts, to onboarding, and initial setup. Turn this into a repeatable playbook with 30/60/90 day milestones.
  • Marketing systems: Design, launch, and test top-of-funnel and conversion experiments. Help operationalize the things that work.
  • Business systems: Automate and optimize refund and dispute processes. Create new systems for optimizing customer support. Automate financials and KPI reporting.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years experience in consulting, banking, or strategy roles
  • You want to work in a fast-paced environment and own your work end-to-end
  • You like to jump in to learning new things and solving challenging problems
  • You can make pretty slides (actually important for us!)
  • Experimentation mindset and comfort operating in an ambiguous environment

  • $300 monthly remote work stipend for your home office or a co-working space.
  • $500 monthly stipend to outsource tasks that are not a good use of your time.
